Frequently Asked Questions

Where's my download link?

Your download link is sent to your email immediately after purchase. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from Willis Patterns. The subject line will say "Your pattern is ready to download."

You can also find your download link in your Shopify account under "Order History."

How do I download on my phone vs desktop?

On Desktop/Laptop:

• Click the download link in your email
• The PDF will download to your Downloads folder
• Open with any PDF reader (Adobe, Preview, etc.)

On Phone/Tablet:

• Tap the download link in your email
• The PDF will open in your browser or PDF app
• Tap the share/save icon to save it to your device
• We recommend saving to your Files app or Google Drive for easy access

Can I print the pattern?

Yes! All our patterns are designed to be printed. Simply open the PDF, and print from your home printer, or take it to a print shop like FedEx, Office or Staples.

Printing tip: Most patterns print best on standard 8.5" x 11" paper in color, but black and white works too.

What if I didn't get the email?

First, check your spam/junk folder—sometimes emails end up there by mistake.

If you still can't find it:

1. Log into your account at willispatterns.com
2. Go to "Order History"
3. Find your order and click "Download"

Still having trouble? Email us at support@willispatterns.com with your order number and we'll resend your link within 6 hours.

What if I'm stuck on the pattern?

Don't worry—we're here to help! Email us at support@willispatterns.com with:

• Which pattern you're working on
• Which step you're stuck on
• A photo of your work (if possible)

We'll get back to you within a few hours with guidance to get you back on track.

Can I share the pattern with a friend?

Our patterns are for personal use only. If a friend would like the pattern, please direct them to our shop so they can purchase their own copy. This helps us keep creating new patterns for you!

Do you offer refunds?

Because our products are digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. However, if you experience a technical issue with your download or the pattern has errors, please contact us and we'll make it right.
